We can achieve a Yogic state of oneness when the fluctuations of our mind are restored to balance. This state progresses from the body to the mind—and then to the spirit and our consciousness—helping a yoga practitioner become his or her authentic self. And, through this, it dissolves stress, anxiety, fear, anger and violence.
Think of how this 2,000-year-old text is relevant for us today, in this modern and contemporary world, and reflect on how it can help serve us as individuals, and collectively as humanity.
